About Us

Located on a cozy square and just a few steps away from the beach, the Palmtree has been a pillar of the community for over 10 years. Not only because of its authenticity, but also because of its special mix of traditional Pub, Sports Pub, Restaurant & Disco.

Restaurants generally come and go, but the Palmtree has been a community fixture for over 10 years.

With Eighties’ music and DJ nights, the Palmtree is the exclusive one-stop nightspot. Come after work for a beer with friends, enjoy a meal and then settle in for the entertainment. It could be music or it could be a sports event, which you can watch on our plasma screens dotted around the bar zone, so there’s no need to miss a single match!

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, special events, business or just a cold beer and a ball game, the Palmtree fits the bill seven days a week. You can enjoy our international cuisine outside, on our beautiful terrace, inside or on the first floor – which is reserved for non-smokers.

When you think of delicious food, excellent service, and a warm and friendly ambient the Palmtree is the place to be!

What People Say

  • Good location in Cascais Center. High quality of food with good price. Very nice service. Excellent ambience for visit with family, friends, romantic evening and diplomatic meeting. Highly recommended.

  • On our recent visit to Cascais my wife and I ate at the palm tree several times. The food was always really good which is why we didn't venture further afield. I generally went for the seafood such as the bass and golden bream which were superb and at less than £10 amazing value for money. My wife became addicted to the chicken piri piri (she does like chicken) which I also as on a couple of occasions and which was I have to say really good. Value for money? Most definitely when two can eat a main course each and drinks for under £25.
